By engaging Rock Solid Couriers LLC for delivery services, you agree to the following terms.
Service
We provide courier and logistics services as agreed in writing or by confirmed order. Pricing, pickup windows and delivery commitments are documented per engagement.
Liability
Liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of the documented value of the shipment or applicable insured limits, except where prohibited by law.
Payment
Invoices are payable on the terms agreed at engagement. Past-due amounts may accrue interest as permitted by Ohio law.
